Category: LookLab – Social Impact Fashion Venture
LookLab was an online marketplace for women to lend and rent special-occasion dresses (operated 2018). My Co-founder and I applied to the e@UBC Social Impact stream in Feb 2018 and was part of the venture community at the Downtown Vancouver Innovation Hub. There were many successes and lessons along the way and great learning opportunities! A highlight was meeting other entrepreneurs and learning together.
Since late 2018, and once LookLab closed down, I have been living in San Francisco and stay involved in the local Fashion and Sustainability community (eg. Volunteering with SF Fashion Week) to continue to promote a sustainable lifestyle and make a positive social impact through fashion!

Background: My entrepreneurship journey really began with my Bodybuilding journey.
I was challenged to step out of my comfort zone to pursue a passion, and competing on stage showed me that anything is possible through consistent effort! With newfound confidence, I ventured into my own entrepreneurial pursuits in 2017!
I am a Business Development and Innovation Partnerships professional, health and wellness advocate and 2x Founder. I’ve accomplished this via Social Impact Fashion Startup, LookLab, and my Personal Development Events. I also began to create original content (Food Photography) with my work published in 2017 and 2018.
My Entrepreneurship section of this site is a collection of blog posts that cover some of my business ventures and how to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset!
